In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available during normal business ours at our physical location in Glendale, CA. Since all of our products are baked to order for ultimate freshness, we require minimum 1 hour advanced notice to prepare all orders. Ordering ahead of time is highly encouraged to avoid delays and wait times.

However, we do acknowledge that sometimes people have impulsive cravings to come pick up cookies without advanced notice. For this reason, we occasionally bake extras for last minute orders depending on store capacity and backlog. If you are looking for cookies ASAP, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate!

Local Delivery

Local delivery orders via our website can be placed for Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00am and 6:00pm within a 10 mile distance of our physical location in Glendale, CA. All delivery orders require a $36 minimum and a delivery fee of $40 will be applied upon checkout.

If you are located beyond our 10 mile delivery range and/or want to schedule a delivery for a weekday, please give us a call ahead of time and we will try our best to accommodate depending on driver availability and store capacity. An extra fee will be applied for deliveries beyond 7 miles.

 

Shipping

To ensure your cookies arrive at your doorstep as fresh as possible, we bake to order and individually package each cookie. We exclusively ship on Tuesdays to minimize the amount of time your cookies stay in the hands of a shipping courier. However, we do recommend that you place your order by no later than 2pm on Sundays to guarantee shipping by the following Tuesday. Orders placed after 2pm on Sundays will be shipped the following week.

All shipping orders require a $35 minimum.

Available shipping methods include USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express. Please note that holidays, periods of high volume, and unforeseen circumstances will affect shipping times and hence, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
