Unfortunately, all of our mixing is done in big batches. We cannot make a custom batches unless they are for cookie quantities of 500 and up.

If we have them individually packaged, you can store them at room temperature for about two weeks. If they are NOT packaged, we suggest putting them in an airtight container to help keep its freshness, but after the 4-5th day, you will start seeing changes to the cookie because we do not use any preservatives or additives. If you want to store them for a longer period of time, we suggest freezing them.

At room temperature, away from the sun until they are consumed. If you will not consume them within the 2 week span, we suggest storing them in the freezer instead of the fridge.

We cannot print on the actual cookie just yet. Our custom packaging is a custom sticker we use on the clear plastic bags we put the cookies in.

We suggest using a conventional or toaster oven for 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees for the smaller 2oz cookies and 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees for the bigger 5oz cookies or as desirable in your standards. We DO NOT recommend using a microwave, because it can make the top of the cookie a bit rubbery.

Yes, we work to accommodate as best as we can! We have a few samples we can change up or create a new design.

It usually takes 3-5 business days to get the labels into our hands prior to fulfilling the order.

Yes! For standard packaging, it is an extra fee of $0.15 per cookie. For custom labels, it is a extra fee of $0.50 per cookie.
